Jewelry comes with a 12 month warranty against manufacture and material defects. Just send it back to us. You cover the shipping cost to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping it back to you. We would be happy to take care of repairs outside of our warranty as well. Just contact us for a quote, and you will be responsible for shipping both ways.
Jewelry that is knotted requires regular re-knotting to prevent breakage and comes with 1 free re-knotting within the first 12 months. (You should take us up on this!) Just send it back to us. You cover the shipping cost to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping it back to you.
Lost an earring? We will replace if possible for ½ the retail price of the pair plus shipping. Please return the single earring so we can match it up as closely as possible. (You’ll need to get a Return Authorization # from our Cheerful Customer Service Staff.)
